Q: How do I pay my rent?
A: We can accept your check or money order in the leasing office (no cash payments), or you can pay online through www.rentpayment.com using either an eCheck (free!) or major credit card (pay a fee).
Q: Can I move to a bigger apartment later on in the same community?
A: Yes - we do allow internal resident transfers. Please see your property manager regarding our transfer policy requirements.
Q: Can I add an additional occupant to my lease after I move in?
A: Yes - the new occupant will need to complete the application process through your leasing office prior being added to the lease.
Q: If I need something fixed in my apartment, how quickly will it be done?
A: Most of our general service requests are completed within 24-48 hours. There may be cases when this is not possible- due to needing to order a part or calling in a specialized contractor- but they are taken care of as quickly as possible.
Q: How soon will I know if my application is approved?
A: In most cases, we get our application results back within about 24 hours! Occasionally, this time frame can be longer if an application is submitted over a weekend or holiday. Additionally, some states' criminal background checks may take up to 3 days.
Q: Do you allow pets?
A: Some of or communities allow pets. Please check with the community manager and find out the details, there are breed and size restrictions as well as fees.
